The dates are October 28 and 29, 2017.
Artists representing all fine art disciplines including painting, sculpture, photography, pottery and more are invited to apply. There is no charge to apply. Selected artists will pay $100 once they are accepted by the SACC Festival Committee.
The Fine Art Sale at the Jonquil Festival is managed by the Smyrna Arts & Cultural Council in partnership with the Jonquil Festival organizers, JRM Management. The Fine Art Sale is marketed as a signature attraction. Our event also features a Community Art Project, Art Education Workshops and an SACC Showcase of Past Successes and Exciting Future Plans.
The Fine Art Sale venue has artists clustered together in the circular Village Green Plaza located in front of the Smyrna Public Library and the Smyrna Community Center.
The Fine Art Sale complements the Jonquil Festival with new fine art purchase options, artist engagement opportunities, and community spirit though community art. Over 20,000 people attend the Jonquil Festival and admission is free to attendees.
