Ida Beth Barner to Exhibit at “Art at the Fountain” at the Jonquil Festival

Ida Beth Barner will exhibit at the Smyrna Arts & Cultural Council’s “Art at the Fountain” at the Jonquil Festival on October 22nd and 23rd.
